Wireless Access Point Solution
GlobalEdge’s Wi-Fi Access Point uses the 802.11 standards to connect wireless notebook computers or multiple PCs to a high speed Broadband Internet connection.
Allowing up to 253 users, the built in NAT/PAT and DHCP server technology acts as a firewall protecting your internal network, by exposing the router as the only externally recognized Internet device.
GlobalEdge Wi-Fi Access Point combines a Wi-Fi access point with a Cable/DSL router. It allows Wi-Fi enabled notebook computers to transparently see the LAN network connected to the four 10/100 LAN ports. GlobalEdge’s advanced technology combines the functions of a firewall, router, switch and bridge into one box.
