Harish Bijoor – Management Consultant and Branding Specialist.

Harish Bijoor is a prolific blend of an entrepreneur, author, quizzer and brand manager, all combined in one. Harish is currently a Brand Domain specialist operating out of Bangalore. He runs a unique boutique consulting outfit branded “Harish Bijoor Consults”, a brand name that has a consulting presence across the markets of Hong Kong, Seattle, London and the Indian sub-continent. Harish has been actively on the board since March 2007 and has been of a great help to GlobalEdge in refurbishing the GlobalEdge’s corporate brand identity.

M P Kumar, Founder, Chairman & CEO - Global Edge Software Ltd

Kumar is the founder of the Company. Since its inception in the year 1992, he has been instrumental in spearheading the company from a 2 member team to 300+ on board now. He focuses on the Company’s growth strategy, partnerships, working with strategic investors, and building high-level customer relationships. Kumar has a Masters Degree from Bangalore University and has over two decades of experience in the Embedded IT Industry. He has guided several startups including iNabling Technologies, Adamya, Pareeksha Technologies to name a few. He is also actively involved with several charitable causes and welfare programs. He actively participates in IT industry initiatives especially focusing on making Karnataka an IT Powerhouse.

Phaneesh Murthy -- CEO, Managing Director & Member of the Board --  iGATE Global Solutions

Phaneesh is the CEO of iGATE Global Solutions, an integrated consulting, technology and operations company. Phaneesh was formerly a member of the Board, Worldwide Head of Sales and Marketing and Head of Communications and Product Solutions group for Infosys. He was responsible for ramping up Infosys from around $2mn in 1992 to around $700 mn in 10 years. He brings over a decade of experience in structuring and managing large outsourcing deals for Fortune 500 companies. Phaneesh is on the GlobalEdge’s board since 2002 and has been effectively mentoring the sales and business development initiatives at GlobalEdge.

Shankar Venkataraman – Partner - Global Technology Ventures.

Shankar’s profile includes mentoring portfolio companies, sourcing of entrepreneurial teams, financial valuation of investee companies, Development of business strategy for portfolio companies. His key prior engagements include implementing Management Accounting Systems, Treasury operations incl. Foreign Exchange management and MIS at Tube Investments India, heading the marketing operations for Karnataka at Harita Finance Ltd- TVS Group Company and instrumental in the modernization of the plant at Sree Meenakshi Mills, Madurai. Shankar is on GlobalEdge’s board since 2001 and has been a key contributor in the company’s strategic initiatives.
